Shipping Policy for TCIA

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays and EXPO) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped directly from UPS with tracking information.

Domestic & International Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and are based on weight and location.

For International orders, please note that you may need to reach out to customs, delays at this stage are out of our control.
