This workshop reviews the planning, setup and rigging tools needed to make even the most elaborate crane job a systematic and low-risk event!

Led by Mark Chisholm, three-time ISA international tree climbing champion, ISA certified arborist, and STIHL spokesperson, you will learn:

  • Practical and advanced crane rigging
  • Predictable load estimating
  • Specialty chain saw cuts associated with crane use

Morning: Deep dive into the science and theory behind cranes and trees in a classroom setting.

Afternoon: Head outdoors to observe a tree removal with crane procedures.
