Now this is how new Certified Treecare Safety Professionals (CTSP) celebrate their achievement! Megan McClaugherty of TCI member company Embark Tree Services of Houston, TX passed her CTSP exam in early March and her boss Jeff Schroeder bought her cupcakes as a congratulations!

TCIA’s CTSP program is the only safety credentialing program in the industry. More than a straightforward "safety trainer" program, CTSP teaches safety professionals strategies and tactics for changing the very culture of their organization.
