Online Testing Center -
For Purchases Made May 1, 2021 and After

The TCIA Online Testing Center is available for all previously and newly purchased EHAP and Tree Care Academy Programs.  We will no longer be accepting paper mailed tests moving forward. To complete your program, and receive your certificate, follow the steps based on your program purchased date:

1. Log in to your verified TCIA.org account.
   If you have not verified your account, please take a moment to do so. VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT
   
   Don’t have a username and password? Create an account today. CREATE AN ACCOUNT
2. Purchase your Tree Care Academy program. Your training manual will be mailed to you, while the testing portion will be online.
3. Your purchase will trigger an email that will require you to assign the program to an individual within your company. Once assigned, that individual will receive an email with login information.
4. Then, use the link in the Brightspace email to access your content.
   Important Note: This is a one-time set up for using the new Brightspace platform! Additional purchases will not generate a new email, please log in to Brightspace directly.
